Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective training programs
• Conduct regular team practices
• Analyze game performance and provide feedback
• Foster a positive team culture
• Collaborate with coaching staff and management
• Serve as a mentor and role model
• Stay updated on hockey coaching trends

Requirements:

• Proven coaching experience at [youth/junior/amateur/professional] level
• Strong knowledge of hockey techniques and strategies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Commitment to creating a positive team environment
• Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel
• Ability to obtain USA Hockey Coaching Certification, Safesport Certification, and pass a Background Check
